The salesmen David comes across very friendly and realiable, but he will sale a car out from under you in less than two hours! My husband is serving our country in Iraq and we just had our first child four months ago, we left the dealership an hour before the bank was closing, and due to having to conduct business via email with my husband to secure a loan it takes hours to even get the smallest thing done let alone a car loan. We left the dealership with a verbal agreement with David he would hold the vehicle while we secured financing. The following day I made an appointment with the financial counselor, I sent David an email stating I was at the bank securing the loan. About an hour and a half later he sends me an email saying he sold the car to another family who wrote him a check for the asking amount. I am not one of the lucky few who can afford internet on their phone to check their email since I do not work due to being disabled and well as many know the army doesnt pay very well. In the end David didnt bother to hold the car like he stated, he had a guy come in who wanted to buy it and instead of telling them he had another family interested he let them test drive it and when they had a check he sold it and didnt have the decency to call me and see if we had secured the loan or to tell the other people wanting the vehicle to wait until the end of the business day for me to secure a loan or email him back. After I secured the loan I called him to get the purchase order to finalize the loan (only two and half hours after my initial email that I was at the bank getting the loan) for him to tell me he sold the car. After giving him a piece of my mind I decided to give him a second chance and see if he could find us a replacement. He was a complete ass about it and in the end my husband and I have found one ourselves, but I would never suggest this business to anyone! He is just looking to make a fast buck!
