Craig has never been anything but friendly, patient, and accommodating. Ive been using Palm Pool Service since I moved to Los Angeles in 2009. I sent Craig an email thanking him for his exemplary service and he asked me to put the compliment as a review, and I have no problem obliging. They are deserving of any and all positive feedback as they deserve it. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of cleaning, diagnosing, and fixing all issues a pool can encounter such as eliminating algae problems at the root cause. This is just 1 example. They have also fixed our heater and were able to fix our faulty salt system without having to replace any of the expensive parts. Highly recommended.
