Businiess name:  Cat Hospital Of Austin

Review content:
This review is for Cat Hosp. of Austin on Pond Springs Road. I agree with the review ""Twilight Zone"" about the rudeness, esp. Amanda in the front office. More critical to me however, was the inconsistency of the vet herself in her interest, responsiveness, and treatment priorities for my cat - decisions and statements she made one day were completely negated by her staff, who then offered no solution, in spite of the fact that a weekend was coming up and the doctor would not be back until Monday (they are closed the last Sat. of the month). When finally able to discuss with the vet herself she was vague and then contradicted what she had told me earlier. This situation of mixed messages and changing decisions happened at least twice. I did not feel confident in the treatment my kitty received, and I also thought the rude behavior of the staff was totally uncalled for and out of line. Pros: no barking dogs to upset cats Cons: Rude staff and inconsistent responses from vet
