My experience with Auto Check of Friendswood was very negative. We took 2 of our vehicles there and spent a great deal of money and neither issue was ever resolved. They were very dishonest and blatantly lied to us on several occasions. I would not trust that their recommendations for a vehicle are true, and I feel confident the work would be better priced elsewhere. Our final time there, we were told by management that ""they have plenty of business"", and were basically not worried about our complaint. Such an attitude of apathy and arrogance towards customer service speaks volumes for the quality of this organization. I was surprised to find several other similar reviews on the internet regarding this company from years past, which shows a history of similar issues, and usually one person's complaint represents many other people that have not spoken up.
