i bought a house on a land contract.We (my 7yr old and disabled boyfreind) where tald by christpher harris that it was move in ready, (we had a trailer we owned)so we sold the trailer and started our move.boy were we taken back there was no wiring in the house none,all or the water and gas lines were cut and just sitting there like nothing was wrong.then we noticed that it was boiler heat with no radiaters and there wasnt even a elctric meter on the house that cost $150.00and on top of that there was a lien on the house$754.00 that i had to pay too.we had to heat the house with kerosen and eletric heaters.chris said hed give us credit for the lien but not in writing.we wanted to renegotate the contract but no so now we still live here and christpher sold it on Bid4assets for $5101.00 he says he dosnt have to take us to court we just need to move.this isnt all he tryed to resale it 3 months after we moved in on qregs list people were coming over to look at the house that was for sale
