Review content:
I would never recommend Veracity to anyone. We are a small business and have been with Veracity for about a year. We initially had interenet service with them, but it was terribly slow and we cancelled that. We still have four phone lines and one 800 number with them. The 800 number is constantly going down. For example, sometimes people from certain geographic locations can't reach us on the 800 number and sometimes certain carriers can't reach us (i.e., qwest customers, or at&t cell phones). The problem with this is that Veracity states they can't tell when the 800 number isn't working... that is our job. So we have to call our 800 number from multiple locations and service providers daily just to make sure that it is working. Anyway, you'd think they'd let us out of our contract for this terrible service, but they will not. I checked with Comcast and they said that their systems have checks in place to prevent this type of error. I imagine Qwest, Verizon, and others also have systems in place to prevent this type of poor service. I was told that since Veracity is just a reseller, they probably don't get any notification when a part of the network is out. Anyway, moral of the story is stay away from Veracity. Don't believe what their sales reps tell you. Our sells rep promised great service or they'd let us out of the contract - that was a lie. Save yourself the headache and go for a provider that will give you a product that isn't defective!
