Precision Import Service & Auto Repair was great. They were very helpful. I would absolutely recommend them.
I was very happy with them. They responded quickly to my initial phone call and gave me a brief estimate based on the information I provided them. It was a little vague, but the estimate was actually pretty close to what they quoted me when I actually took the car in.
I like that if I drop my car off by 9:00 in the morning, Precision Import Service & Auto Repair is able to service it immediately, and have it back to me in three to four hours. They called me right away and told me what was fine, and where the vehicle needed a little more help.
When I picked up my vehicle, they walked through everything that they did on the list and explained why they did it. It was very professional, and they were very thorough.
Precision Import Service & Auto Repair responds quickly and responsibly. I would highly recommend them, without a doubt, especially to anybody looking to service a high maintenance car, like an Audi.
