I have to agree with the other revue about Petco, San Rafael's ""head"" Trainer. She seems extremely overworked! Or just doesn't like her job! The main issue I had with her was her lack of memory. But, what made it worst was her complete meanness when she was gently reminded. I have memory loss at times too, but I will NEVER blame the other for it! She could be ""sickly"" sweet one second and down right mean the next. I did stick with 3 full classes Trained by her over 3 Months, because at times she is a GREAT Dog Trainer. I was even starting ""Privet Lessons"" with her her. Then one day I showed up on the scheduled day and time, and she denied that we were ever going to meet. She was very rude and even left a long angry message on my answering service. It was very scary! I then realized that she will never change. I went to another Dog Trainer. I also, decided to take my ""Pet Supply"" business elsewhere as well. I can not support a business that supports this behavior! D.
