Seal Team Physical Training is the best time and money I have ever spent on fitness. Hands down. Lose your gym membership and get in the best shape of your life. Come out and get the benefits of awesome instructors, positive people and maybe see a sunrise or sunset everyday. Anyone that would call these people pathetic scam artists should maybe actually sign up and go. Not sure where the $1000 came from either. Not even close. I'll be doing STPT when I'm 85!
