Review content:
I took my 1990 Toyota Camry in to Metro Car Care to get it checked out because it was having idling problems and jerking when I accelerated. I have been treated badly by other mechanics before (partly because I'm a woman and I don't know much about cars, I think), so I was wary, but I ended up being incredibly impressed by both the service and the quality of their work. Kirk took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, and got my approval before making any repairs. There were no high-pressure sales or ""you have to fix this problem or your car will fall apart!"" scare tactics, and they never talked down to me. After the repairs had been made and I went to pick up my car, Kirk showed me the part that they had replaced, which indeed, did need replacing because it was torn and leaking air. I don't know much about car repair, but the price for labor and parts seemed reasonable to me. They were also very fast, and first offered to get my car back to me by the end of the day, but when they found out they'd have to order a part, said that I could pick it up the following afternoon. I would highly recommend taking your car to Metro Car Care for fast, friendly service. Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, high-quality repair
