this used to be THE place for breakfast. now, the biscuits are no longer fluffy, grits are clumps of glue, and the eggs tend to be lukewarm. this apparently is a chain-wide problem as i have felt this way in 4 diverse locations over 2 states. i think that they have rested on their laurels and don't care because they know their past reputation will pack 'em in. my extended family and i are no longer part of the pack. what a shame.
