i have not had a bad experience with them, it is inconvenient that there is no online bill pay therefore i do pay my bill late, but the staff is always friendly when i call to say i will get it in the mail, oh hun, i will note your account. thank you the nice lady said. i know for sure there are days that don't go my way and i am sorry if i took it out on someone else, but i also am understanding to others bad days.....so get over yourselves and try and cheer the other person up or brighten their day. you know the not so selfish way to go!!
