Very poor service in the finance department.. we had a lease on a toyota tundra and upon the end of the lease we wanted to purchase it.. It was immaculately kept with very low mileage.. They would not work with us on financing it for purchase. We only owed $12,000 and had been loyal customers for 15 years. Over the last year our credit had dropped. Even with a cosigner they refuse to sell us OUR vehicle.. So tomorrow we turn it in!! So very sad to see it go!! The dealerhip only sees $$$$$!! They will be able to get much more than we owe because WE took such good care of it!! I will NEVER go to San Juan Toyota for ANYTHING!! Not even service!! EXTREMELY disappointed in everyone there!! The owner told us he would do everything he could, my husband has cancer that is why our credit had dropped. They just said we are sorry nothing we can do.. RIGHT!!
