Review content:
Don't believe the hype. San Juan Capistrano Toyota advertisement states that they can help you get a vehicle no matter how bad your credit is, or how much you owe on your car. Well after careful consideration and really taking in their commercials I decided to give them a try and see what they were about. I called them up and was invited to come in to look at the selections. I went in after work looked at a few vehicles found a couple I was interested in and we began to deal. As the talks began I was adement about the price I wanted to pay and after a price was finalized I explained that my credit was not very good and that I still owed money on the current vehicle in my possesion. Well after a few hours of working on a deal and bargaining the deal did not happen. They explained to me that I owed to much on my vehicle and they were unable to help. I replied ""your commercial stated that you would pay it off no matter how much I owed"" the response was that I owed to much. Well after several go arounds with the verbage in the commercial it was the same old response, I owed to much on the vehicle. I suggested that they clarify that on the commercial that the vehicle would be paid off if you owe so much and not use a blanket statement such as 'it would be paid off no matter how much you owe not a problem'. I will never go to any Superior dealership again. Not only do I feel lied to but the dealership and the employees were not willing to stand by their advertisement, their word and guarantee.
Pros: customer service (Cecil Brown)
Cons: false advertisement
