""Look up the definition of service and and it should say SF Sofa. Our first inclination was to go with R&B just a few blocks away, but we liked the idea of buying local. Bob couldn't be more helpful as he brought out swatch after swatch and explained the benefits of each. We wanted a special look and he said that we could accommodate us. He even delivered on time...but there was a problem that surfaced a few days later. I thought...here we go...another headache. But when he came to look at the problem (a seat cushion that was not plump and firm)he said no problem, I'll order you an entirely new sofa and chair. My socks were knocked off when he indeed he ordered a complete replacement for both the sofa and chair. I can't imagine better customer service...and the sofa and chair look better than the one at R&B that cost hundreds more. A five star rating is not a stretch. The replacement product arrived on time and looks great...if you're looking for that good old fashioned customer service...go with SFSofa""
