When I was approached to write about my working experience with the B.L. Rieke team, I did not hesitate for a second. Bruce and Toni were involved in the 2009 KCH&G Boulevard of Dreams event at Cedar Creek, benefiting the Love Fund for Children.
In my many years of being involved in fundraising I have never experienced a more caring company than B.L. Rieke or its owners Bruce and Tone Rieke. The number of hours they personally spent on the project and how they treated every person on the 2009 KCH&G Boulevard of Dreams Homes Tour, regardless if they were a person working on the home, a volunteer or a visitor on the tour
During the event Bruce and Toni showed a true heartfelt passion towards the Love Fund and what it stands for. They graciously spent hours with the people visiting the Dream home as if they were greeting people in their own personal home. They were always available and on site during the entire nine days. Not only were Bruce and Toni there early making sure the home was perfect and clean, they had their children selling home grown tomatoes and lemonade during the tour, giving 100% of those proceeds to the Love Fund as well.
Bruce and Toni are such good, honest people, full of compassion and on top of that, they build a fabulous home!
The Love Fund for Children was blessed because of their efforts and all involved in the KCH&G Boulevard of Dreams Homes Tour at Cedar Creek.
