Mark and Elizabeith Blanchard will challenge the most experienced yogis and will inspire the novices. If you are looking for a great way to tone-up quickly, this is the place to go. Not only will your body thank you for it, so will your mind. You wil leave class feeling energized yet oddly enough you'll feel as if you've just had a full body massage. Every instructor there is super nice and you wil learn from each one of them.
