We were referred to them from a co-worker and decided to go with them based on that recommendation and the price (which was quite a bit less than the other quotes we got). James' team replaced carpet, linoleum, and hardwood on our main floor and installed new hardwood and baseboards. They did a fabulous job and we couldn't be happier with the result.
The only downside was how long it took - on the first day they estimated it would be done in 3 days, but it ended up taking 5 1/2. It would have been nice to get a more realistic estimate up front so we weren't surprised. But it's hard to complain about that because they were obviously taking their time and doing high quality work, and cleaning up and hauling away as they went. They even moved all our kitchen appliances and reconnected them, and installed a new toilet for us.
Highly recommended for their professional work and affordable prices.
Pros: great price, high quality workmanship, very clean
