A-1 Air responded quickly this morning after we received 5 inches of snow and ice and our furnace had stopped working. They diagnosed that the igniter was not sparking after a full inspection. They cleaned the igniter and that was the only issue. My furnace requires two people to maneuver the assembly and even though they showed me how to service it, I'd still prefer to let the the pros handle that. It only cost $49 for the service call with their current promotion. I prepaid one year service and I am expecting A-1 to continue to deliver great service on time! Thanks Ralph and Courtney!
