I lost the ruby from my diamond and ruby wedding set near my Southern California home. After shopping around, I was unable to find a replacement at a reasonable price, and as a result, hadn?t worn my ring for years. While vacationing in New York, I happened to pass by Martin Busch jewelers. Since I had my broken ring with me, I went inside to look around and to maybe get some advice. The staff immediately put me at ease with their honesty and helpfulness, and I was very happy with the repair price that was quoted. I left my ring with them, and flew home to California with nothing but a paper claim check.
A few weeks later, as promised, my ring was mailed back to me. It looks more beautiful than ever! I am thrilled to be able to wear my beautiful wedding set again and have been receiving so many compliments on the ring! I wholeheartedly recommend Martin Busch to anyone who is shopping for jewelry or jewelry repair. The staff is nice, funny, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, trustworthy.
