My boyfriend had his car towed there after hearing that they were an okay place to get some work done and not knowing of any other reputable auto shops we decided to give them a try.
WHAT A DISASTER!!! It has been 7 days now and his car is still not fixed!! The man who runs the shop is a complete liar, dishonorable, disrespectful jerk. He has lied to us and at this point we aren?t even sure if he has damaged the car and definitely not sure if the car is even going to get fixed.
He told us it was the starter so we okayed him to replace the starter, went to pick it up the next day and car doesn?t start! We call him and he states he doesn?t know why that he is going to have his mechanics look at it. Now during this time he NEVER calls us to check in and let us know what is happening to the car, we are calling him. Every time we attempted to ask he would blow up at us and scream that we aren?t giving him respect and that he knows how to do his job.
Long story short, he screwed us out of $350 and I hope that not one person will ever make the mistake to you use this man?s shop for business. We have already filed a report with the BBB on this guy so take your car ANYWHERE but here!!
