Review content:
Dr. Gilman is really one of those doctors that doesn't mess around. He is open, honest and if he doesn't think he can do something 100% then he will tell you.
He comes highly recommended by many other doctors and is a well known name in the Erie area. His abilities are remarkable and his talents very advanced. He talks to you like you are an equal. He never talks down to you like many physicians will.
His office seems to run very efficiently and appointments are very much on time. The only complaint I have is that they seem to charge for everything... $10 for copying this... $25 for filling out these papers... $15 for filling out those. While I understand there is a ton of paperwork involved with this type of business and probably more so with insurances constantly changing and questioning.... I'm sorry.. you get paid a pretty high rate per hour and I think these costs should be included. I could understand it if you were requiring above and beyond the 'standard' amount of paperwork but for general papers being signed and admitted it is ridiculous to charge! That's my only disappointment in this office.
