Review content:
Very rude, we had a very small communication error with the towing process and I called to let someone know about this error and they acted like I was wrong for even bringing it up and all but cussed me out over it.
Spoke to the OWNER and he told me he didn't have time for this and he was tring to run a business. Never been treated so rudely.
To top it all off he let me know I was being recorded i said nothing obscene or offensive. I told him about an error and he didn't want to hear it. Funny he recorded me though because that is illegal if you don't state that before you record someone.
Very in a hurry I don't care attitude. Towed my car without a key and without having anyone sign off for it.
