Review content:
I have used Boardwalk Auto several times for my Volkswagen Beetle. The first 3 times were fine, however they are overbooked many times, and their service managers have become rude over time. I called ahead to leave my Beetle in the morning, they told me to come in and leave the car for the weekend; however when I got there they would not take my car b/c they were overbooked. There is little to no coordination with their scheduling department and the service department. They are not fond of doing warranty service either.
