DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PET! I have never seen a place so poorly mismanaged. The office staff is incredibly rude and not accommodating to the needs of the customer. Staff that cannot treat YOU with respect certainly should not be trusted to treat your pet with respect. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told by the manager that they do not ""DEAL"" with customers.
