Terrible. The one word to describe this place. Every year we go to Madison for a Badger game and invite friends and family. We decided to go here because they could accommodate a party of 12+. We got there early, they sat us down and from there things went south. Way south. They took our drink orders and we did not even get a drink until after the salads were served. The bartender had no clue what to do; he did not even get started on our first drink order until 25 minutes after we ordered them. The managers were clueless - they walked around checking clipboards while their wait staff struggled to keep up with all the tables. They did nothing. If I owned this place they would have been fired 10 minutes into the night. The service was horrible as well. Some people in our party did not get food - since the waiter ""Forgot' to out the order in. So as most people were finished - others were just starting. Then they tried to make up for that mistake by giving a ?free? drink. Only to find out they charged us for the ?free? drink.
