Let me start by saying this place is the most awesome location for a student, but the apartments are actually pieces of crap. There are cockroaches everywhere, everytime I walk into my bathroom I see one crawl down the drain of the shower. The walls are so paper thin that you can literally hear your neighbors phone ring, then you can hear their complete conversation. I can LITERALLY hear EVERYTHING that they are saying. I've been watching a show on my laptop at 1 a.m. before I went to sleep on a very minimum level and my neighbor starts knocking on the wall that its too loud. No apartment should have f**cking walls this f**cking thin. The windows rattle no matter what whenever the person above you walks around. The air conditioning is completely outdated. As in, after being on for 30 minutes it stops pumping out cold air and you have to shut it down and let it ""cool off"" i guess. The so called ""internet"" that is included with the apartment is an absolute joke. I wanted to get cable in my apartment but one of cable jacks didnt work at all, and the other one could just be used for internet. When i called maintenance to come up and fix it, he looked at it and told me I had to contact cox. I contacted cox and they told me i had to get my maintenance to fix it because there was nothing wrong on cox's side. This went back and forth about 4 different times and finally I just gave up, 1 month later that maintenance guy was fired. So i tried with the new one, exact same thing so I just told him to screw off cause he didnt know how to do his job and I've had to go this entire year without any television which is absolute bulls**t because of the ridiculous price I pay for this place. The office staff is a joke, half the time I ask them a question they look at me like I'm a fool. The staff has changed 3 times since i've been here and nothing has changed for the better. The pool is nice, and the volleyball courts add a nice feel to the area. One of the biggest pluses i would have to say is that they provide free gas with all the grills that they have. Overall, great location but if this place was actually built right it would be a good place to live; literally cannot wait to move out of this expensive s**t hole.
