MY DAUGHTER AND I ATE AT SULLIVAN'S STEAKHOUSE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND FOUND THAT AMONG ALL STEAKHOUSES IN THE DENVER/METRO AREA.. SULLIVAN'S SERVICE KILLS ALL OF IT'S COMPETITORS.. HANDS DOWN. OUR SERVER, STARLA, WAS A DELIGHT. THREE TO FOUUR SERVERS SURROUNDED US AT A TIME TO CLEAR ALL OF OUR PLATES. WE FELT SO SPOILED.. NOT ONLY BY THE SERVERS QUICKLY CLEARING OUR PLATES AND SCRAPING CRUMBS, BUT STARLA TOOK TIME TO SPEAK TO US AND LAUGH WITH US.. SHE EXPLAINED THAT WHAT HER ""FRIENDS"" ARE DOING IS CALLED SWARMING SERVICE.. QUOTE/ UNQUOTE. HOW CLEVER. IT IS EXACTLY THAT.. CLEVER. WE BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMEND SULLIVAN'S AND STARLA.. AT THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION.. NOT SURE IF THERE ARE ANY OTHERS IN TOWN.
