on occasion i go check out the sales, but i usually avoid this place unless there's something specific that i need right away because of the poor customer service. i once went in for a specific item, and as i was browsing for 10 min. and obviously in need of some help there were two salesgirls just having a conversation at the customer service counter. i went up to them to ask for help and immediately felt like i had intruded on this ""important"" conversation because of the dirty looks i was given. once i had her attention, the salesgirl who was supposed to be on the floor was actually really helpful in helping me find the item i was looking for, and had great suggestions as well. overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. after she had made the sale immediately i got a fake smile when i told her to have a nice day. i don't want to feel like a burden when i'm spending my money, and that was the impression i got.
Pros: good sales
Cons: horrible customer service
