Really had an unpleasant experience and this was my second time at getting car body repair. Very poor treatment by Cathie in that she gave me one estimate but when I turned my car in, she called saying they needed more money and ""didn't recall some of the damages."" Only by getting the manager involved did I get my car back and that was 2 weeks late. The work was fine, but the hassles and extra expense (although lessened by the manager) were not worth the trouble. I'd shop around in the Highlands Ranch area.
