Review content:
The person running this little shop in the middle of downtown Glendale has much on his plate that much is obvious. Yet without any delay, he had my entire order ready for me to proof. I ordered a full package for my new restaurant in Mesa including a menuboard, 2 full color banners, business cards, take out menu's and a piece of plastic to reface my sign above my business. I felt honestly once I saw the size of this little shop and the fact it is run by one person and a delivery driver, that my job was going to be too much to handle here. After meeting with the owner, Mike, he assured me I would have everything I needed within a week which was the time I needed it in. I had my proofs for everything the next day and each day follwoing I was able to pick up the rest of the items however I waited and had them all brought to me so he could install the sign and banners. ALl of this was completed within 4 days from my meeting with him - 3 days ahead of schedule! Impressive is the only thing I can say. All his work was top quality as well. Good to see there are still some ""mom and pop"" shops picking up the slack from the middlemen calling themselves print shops. BCX and Mike is most definitely the real deal and he did all of my job right there in his little shop! I couldn't be happier.
