So, I am usually scared of getting ripped off of at auto repair shops because, yes, i am a girl. a friend referred me to imperial auto repair and said that they wouldn't pull that kind of stuff. he said they were genuinely nice and didn't overcharge, hassle, or steal your money.
i was quite surprised that scott offered to pick up my car for service right off the bat. second, i was surprised with his patience with me. i'm trying to be more away of things (especially my car) and kept inquiring about this and that, tubes, hoses, spark plugs, etc. he answered all of my questions gladly and wasn't trying to rush me off of the phone.
when i got my car, it was running better than ever and was not over priced at all. comparing a regular scheduled maintenance that was performed at the dealership to imperial auto was unbelievable. i never realized how much dealerships overcharge! i saved over $200 bucks.
I am so thankful i found Imperial Auto Repair and definitely recommend them to anyone who has car trouble or just needs a regular service. Ask for Scott! he'll take care of you!
