I called to ask some very reasonable questions about pricing. I was treated so rudely that I even commented to the owner that I wasn't sure he wanted my business. He told me that he doesn't like to do anything at half capacity in a very rude voice. I understand when someone doesn't have an answer because there are too many variables, but I would have preferred to be invited in to the store take a look at what was offered. I was also treated badly when I asked where the store was located. I was told in a snobby voice that they have been there for over 30 years. Great, but I am not from this area! So much for trying to support a local business. Even with the great price for appraisal I will not do business there now or in the future.
