Prompt service with reliable pricing. The car is beautiful and sprakling clean! The driver is knowledgable, articulate and attends to every detail. With texting capability he keeps up to the minute to every detail of my transportation needs. I am in the city for physical therapy treatment three times per week and could not be more pleased with this company. I believe you will find Runabouts a refreshing alternative to any other driving service in Grand Rapids. When I am in the area this is the taxi I recommend!
