My husband and I have been coming to Oystercatchers for several years and would NEVER miss the amazing Sunday Brunch. Though pricey, the selection of gourmet foods is unbeleiveable and Mimosas are included. We have tried, but it is nearly impossible to sample every item available. Fresh seafood bar, cook-to-order pasta, ceviche, salads, fresh guacamole and hummus, bagels with alll the fixings, fresh tropical fruits, sushi, hot gourmet entrees, breads and crackers with a selection of cheeses, pastries, made-to-order omelets, waffles, beignet and bananas foster, to the carving station, every item is delicious. Leave room for the dessert room! Pies, cakes, tortes, white and dark gourmet chocolates, toffee, mousse, fresh strawberries to dip in chocolate and others too many to mention! Come with a large appetite and eat slowly while enjoying the view of the bay and wildlife in the adjoining nature preserve. Pros: Quality, selection, view Cons: None!
