People tend to say 'eh'; when I say that the equipment is used. Why? The hardware is the same plus, these guys really KNOW what they are doing. They are also so nice and very reasonable. They treat return customers ESPECIALLY well.
Pros: I'd say 'everything'
Cons: maybe not so brand new.
