James once again performed an admirable job, this time replacing an oven element; he has also repaired our washer and dryer in the past. This fellow clearly knows what he is doing and doesn't waste any time. If any appliance breaks in our house, JR Repair has been and will continue to be my first call; if he can't fix it, it's time to buy a new one. James runs a very responsive and competent business.
