I bought a used BMW M3 from them with a warranty 90day/3000 miles. The cam gears were broken (loose fasteners) unknown to me and they refused to service or diagnose it unless I paid. I was told that the sound in the engine was normal (which it is in no way normal) and to basically get bent. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. They also told me they fixed the speaker in the door, to find out they did but used tape to keep it from rattling. I have had it with this dealer. My Wife worked for Tulley and they NEVER would do this. Be warned to never buy used from them. They obv don't know enough about performance BMWs and basically talk down to you like your an idiot. I have been servicing BMWs for 15 years have become well versed in the issues these cars have. I was told I'm not qualified to make the diagnosis since I am not a certified BMW tech. Well they better send the techs back to school because this "unqualified guy" spotted a problem the techs couldn't. I am now stuck with a car I cant drive and This dealer could care less.
