Review content:
City Flooring Technologies did a pretty fine job. I am perfectly happy with all the floors they sanded down and refinished. There was an existing floor in the kitchen that they managed to match the color of pretty much exactly, and that was pretty good. There was some water damage under one window that came out pretty well too. I think all over, I'm pretty happy.
The young people that were here did their thing. I didn't see them standing around, not too much anyway. It was a quoted job, so it's not like they were here on an hourly basis, so to some degree I didn't really care if they were to take frequent breaks or long lunches or anything. I got a pretty good price, and the price matched the ultimate product. With anything, you get what you pay for. It wasn't top-notch, but that's not what I was looking for. I was just looking for someone to sand and stain my floors, and that is what I got.
