Since this franchise opened i have been going there on & off and at first i thought they would get the product availabilty & management kinks worked out. Well its been a while now and every time i go in there even in the afternoon and early evening they just dont have nothing on display except what no one wants! I gave them the benefit of the doubt even asked for supervisor and still NO DOUNUTS. So i filled out the rate this location paper for a free dounut and said what im saying here. YOU NEVER HAVE NOTHING! So now there is a sign that says if you dont see the dounuts you want just ask and MAYBE we can make them for you. They did that the other day about 7pm and i had to wait what seemed like 10-15mins but maybe was 5 mins or so. Got fresh ones! Things were looking up BUT i stopped today at 5 30 pm. They only had 1 side up and no chocolate in the case but 4 dounuts(i wanted chocolate frosted) and they dont close until 9pm. ? I have seen young staff & even the person in charge does not seem to know or care about anything! except leaving at 9. If your hours are until 9 pm you should have all the products available in some small quanity or be able & WILLING to make them! If not then close at 6 pm you might as well since you dont have anything good after 11am? Now i have decided im tired of going to a store that never has any products, so i recommed that everyone try the NEW HOLTMANS Dounuts in amelia soon as they open and i can say from their store on Rt 28 in Goshen that they have EXCELLENT dounuts and im sure they will appreciate a fellow chocolate/dounut lover and be happy to take my money. I wont go back to dunkin at the amelia location even if they gave the dounuts away for FREE. Signed, Had it with Dunkin!!
