For anyone who is seeking an apt that is very affordable, has ammenities (pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, gated entrance, etc.), this is the place to be.
It is a gated community with a fantastic team working in the front office. They provide bespoke, and a respectful attitude to the potential lesee and are very knowledgeable about what you may need to make your transition easy.
Personally, I am in a transition to better my life and needed to save money. I was expecting a lower quality apt for the price, but was impressed by the quality of the professional staff and the way the property itself was maintained. It is hard to find caring, sincere, and a helpful staff that provides service to people and leaves them with a sense of security.
They have great empathy towards people who do not have the greatest of credits and are need of human understanding.
The demographics are diverse, but it is a safe, family oriented community.
Ms. Veronica in the front office, and the manager; Hans, were very professional and provided answers to question I had before i made the commitment to move into the property. Fantastic team and staff!! (the other young lady (whom I never was introduced to) also was of the same caliber)).
A great and speedy experience for seeking an apt!!
