Review content:
I needed a psychiatric evaluation to have an elective surgical procedure. I chose Atlanta Psychiatry and Neurology because they were the closest location to my home. Honestly, the office staff really needs to work for the DMV. Hold times at any time of day are over 5 minutes. They never remember what line you are on and will ask several times why you are calling. It takes at least four of them to answer a simple question. I sat in the waiting room for over three and a half hours. While striking up conversations with others in the waiting room I found that they had booked at least two other people for the same time as me. Cappie Harper (The Psychologist I saw) was wonderful, but the staff would be considered below par for a third world government office. The letter that was supposed to be sent to my surgeon has, as of yet, not been sent (over a month later) and it seems that they have lost all of my billing records since everyone I talk to can?t seem to find my original bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
