They are a rip-off. I ordered a Bouquet of flowers for my wife. And they deliver a plant. The lady says it's some kind of modern arrangement. My wife lives in another city than me and all she wanted for her birthday was some nice flowers. needless to say these people take liberties and in this case they really did a bad job. A waste of money. The worst $100 I ever spent. I guess the good news is my wife is probably still laughing about the horrible flowers. I will never recommend this florist.
