We write this letter in recommendation of Elias Zouras as a Custom Builder/General Contractor. We had the pleasure of working with Elias Zouras on an addition/renovation of our kitchen and surrounding living space. He came greatly recommended to us, and we recommend him highly and without reservation.
Throughout the course of the renovation, Elias Zouras was a consummate professional. He was accurate and fair in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping, time log and additional cost throughout the entire process.
He chose and managed the sub-contractors well. Our job was done with care and precision. He is a gifted woodcrafter and the custom work he designed and executed are beautifully done and always complimented.
In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his crew never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. Elias Zouras took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the house. He also was there after the project to make sure everything was completed as desired.
He continually kept us involved in all major decisions and provided excellent advise when consulted. We would have no hesitation in recommending him (and using him again, which we will !). We adore, love, cook and live in our new kitchen !
When you work with Elias Zouras, we feel you will experience a wonderful outcome and a work of art. You may even have gained a new friend to invite over for dinner. He treated our home like it was his own. What more could you ask for.
