Review content:
We lived in the apartments for one year, management changed three times. We were double charged for carpetcleaning after talking to a former manager about the dirtiness. It was never documented! Our notes to mangement and pictures did no good. The yard was nice in 2005, in spring2006 the whole complex had dead grass. They tried to raise rent $50.00 which was the straw that broke the camels back. My husband and I talked to several people who live(ed) there and no one really had anything good to say. Carpets, price and noise were always main complaints. After a few weeks you begin to realize how cheaply the cabinets, doors, shelving, and carpets were installed. No yard for kids to play because of the dog poo. Dont judge a book by its cover, the place looks nice, but you may find you 'll regret having spent your money there.
Pros: swimming pool, workout facility, all electric
Cons: cheap carpentry, expensive, nothing guaranteed
