Review content:
This is a great neighborhood favorite with the unique combination of a warm feel in winter (thanks to the roaring fireplace and kitschy giant christmas lights) and a great summery feel as well (due to outdoor seating). The service does depend on who is working -- coke-bottle glasses waiter is wonderful, while some of the female waitresses can be a bit rude and forgetful. But the food is worth it -- the chicken tinga tostadas are so good I can never bring myself to get anything else there. Also, the queso fundido appetizer is outstanding (if a little greasy). The cash only policy is the only real downside of Pacifico -- it's a consistently great place to go.
