Go BEFORE you get hungry. Everyone on the west side will be waiting in line. Their soups are special: I love th German Dumpling & everyone else loves the Matza Ball. Grilled Chicken Tenderloins are excellent and anything smeared with Joe's superb garlic mayonaise is worth time away from friends& family for fresh breath recovery! Every incarnation of Corned Beef is HUGE and all other portions are very generous. You may starve by the time you're seated, but you'll leave a little larger and satisfied. They have REAL mashed potatoes ! The best thing about the staff at Joe's is that they're really nice to Grandma even though their food is only ALMOST as good as what comes out of her kitchen.
Pros: Great food, Great service, Great value
Cons: Great wait to get in, too hungry to wait, always too crowded
