I am a firm believer in strong work ethic. If your intent when you show up is to watch the clock and close early, then WHY SHOW UP. Let someone else have the job that wants it. Nothing irritates me more than LAZY retail workers. If you have a sign that says ""Hours: 10am - 8pm"" then that door gets locked at 8:01, PERIOD. I was there at 7:49 and the door was locked and the woman just looked at me like I had a mental illness thinking I should be let in for a cut. Since I was last minute, I planned on leaving a $10 tip if she would have obliged to do what she's supposed to do in the first place.... (I am a guy w/ buzz cut so I am easy and quick) Personally I am never going back there. I'd rather pay $25 a cut and be treated like a customer than pay $12 for a cut and be practically insulted. The trophy generation needs to grow up and get over themselves.
Pros: Inexpensive, great location, has lots of shelf products
Cons: Bad service, mediocre cuts
