Review content:
The place is kind of rustic, casual, the people I got service from were rough around the edges but certainly not rude. These people aren't there to powder your nose, they're there to serve you one of the very best burgers in the US. I was there on a College Football Saturday, where the visiting teams' garb and I was treated fine, friendly people in front of and behind the bar.
There was a long wait, you don't get greeted, you write your name down and slip into the bar to pick up a beer for your wait, but it's a small popular place that's probably better off without pushy snooty people. I'm going back the next time I'm in Columbus
