I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND anyone go to Jim Mazz Auto Group!! I was in an accident and the tow truck towed my car here. When I went the next day to have it towed to my dealership, they told me that I should not trust the dealership and that I would get ripped off if I had it towed away. I told them that since it was the other driver's fault, it needed the tow and storage to be billed to the other driver. The cashier said that it was fine, so we left. But when the tow truck showed up, they told him that I had not paid and they would not release the vehicle. Plus when I called to figure out the payment, they told me I would have to pay in cash because they did not want to take my credit card(just to make my life more difficult). Worst customer service ever, I was so happy when my car was towed out of that place!!
Cons: Customer service is worst that I have ever experienced!
